In the district of Malasaña, Carranza 15 is located in one of its busiest areas

The building located in Carranza 15 is a comprehensive refurbishment project for residential use.

The building is located in an area on the rise that has developed considerably in recent years. The streets surrounding the building boast a wide range of fashionable places, new restaurants and leisure services which complement the inherent tranquillity of the residential streets of the prestigious Chamberí district.

For this refurbishment, we designed a residential building in line with the area in which it is located, selecting finishes and materials full of the character and personality of Malasaña. Fine materials such as wood coexist with colourful mosaics to fill each home with style and personality.

In addition, as it is a refurbishment project, both the façade and the staircase are of heritage value and, therefore, must be protected. This involved complex restoration work that will nevertheless have spectacular results.

The building also includes 3 penthouse apartments, two of them duplex apartments and one with sloping ceilings on the top floor, all with large open terraces and stunning views of Madrid.

Rooftop

The key point of the Carranza 15 project is that every single corner has been used to create functional spaces with excellent materials that are consistent with the design.

The project includes 8 standard homes, each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet. The social areas looking onto the Carranza boulevard are quite large with a lot of light, and each home also has two balconies that look onto the street.

The ground floor will have a fully-equipped lobby that will serve as the entrance to the different homes and will create an initial visual impact thanks to its powerful and careful design in line with the rest of the building works.

The other section of the ground floor will be assigned to large commercial premises with two small accessible courtyards and a storefront at street level, which will be highly attractive for any potential business activity given that the area is a busy one.

All spaces used to the maximum, functionality in each of the rooms and exquisite materials make Carranza 15 and its comprehensive refurbishment project a spectacular development in the heart of Madrid.

Malasaña is one of the areas that has undergone the most change in recent years, currently being one of the neighborhoods that are most at the forefront in the capital.
Belonging to the downtown district and very close to the emblematic buildings and tourist landmarks of Madrid, Malasaña has all kinds of services, shops, transport.
Leisure is also assured, since very important cinemas and theaters are located in its streets.
Carranza Street is also one of the most important, wide and wooded in its central part, being part of those known as Bulevares de Madrid.
